SAA CARGO Cape Town worst service provider ever

We expierienced the worst service yesterday, 19.12.2019 at SAA CARGO at receiving, and it was not the 1st time. They don't greet, they don't acknowledge that a customer has arrived and needs assistance. They're downright rude and disrespectful.

Arrived there around 4:30pm, went to collections to collect a box that came from JHB. Then went to receiving, a man driving a hyster approached me and attempted to help me, took measurement of the box and told me he will let the people know that we're ready.

The supervisor then came, did not greet, did not make eye contact, he came to look and walked away. He left without saying a word. He is rude and extremely arrogant. I am not working for him, on the contrary he is providing me with a service, he's not doing me any favors.

I ended up going to Bidvest Cargo and will never fly any of my dogs with SAA again. I am the biggest Boerboel breeder in the world! I will advise all the breeders I know never to deal with SAA as well.

Was I being judged and treated like a piece of trash because I am not white? That supervisor did not even talk to me, instead he spoke to someone else telling them to tell me the boxes were not big enough.

I went to Bidvest Cargo and was greeted as soon as i stepped out of my car, they were friendly and helpful and cheaper than SAA CARGO. They explained everything that we needed to do and what will be happening from there etc.

Has SAA CARGO become so big that they don't need my money or my business? Have they become so arrogant that they can treat people like trash and think nothing of it?

I have shipped several dogs via SAA and they have been very consistent in there lack of service and their bad attitudes.
