SAA cancels my booking with no reason

A ticket was purchased and paid for via the online booking system. The website reported the trip status as 'Confirmed' and stated that the reservation is 'Guaranteed'. I also received a confirmation SMS of money out of my account from SAA.<br> <br> When I arrived he SAA counter at OR Tambo On checking in, we were informed that the booking was cancelled due to 'No Ticket'.<br> <br> I was referred to Ticket Sales after queuing for more than 45 minutes we were informed that the ticket was cancelled due to non-payment. Upon my plea that the money has left my account, I was told that they can't do anything about it and the only way is for me to get a new flight ticket.<br> <br> SAA has cancelled a fully paid confirmed booking without reason, has not alerted me about the cancellation. <br> <br> Now I had to pay double the amount for booking a flight same day.<br> <br> See me booking a flight with SAA kill me, what a pathetic disorganized institution that lack professionalism and doesn't care about their customers. <br> <br> I demand to be refunded the money I used to pay a new flight booking<br>
