SAA canceling my return ticket without my concent

My Company in Tanzania uses Travel Agent to book my flights to & from Tanzania. On Sunday 29 November I had arrived late for my outgoing flight to Tanzania. I quickly rushed to the check in but to my dismay the baggage check in was closed. Fine!, I quickly booked another flight with another airline to Tanzania leaving a hour later because SAA only had flights for the next day. Firstly I had bad service because the lady at the counter kept on saying there is nothing she can do I I found it odd that she did not take my details & check on the computer. I asked for her supervisor, & she was taking her time doing other things & eventually came to my aid. She simply said I must re-book with SAA...Fine!, now I fly out to Tanzania with another airline so I can make it to work next morning... NOW the Travel Agent informed me that SAA canceled my return ticket because I was a 'no show'. What!, I was there pleading with them with wasted efforts. To add insult to injury they charged a 'no show' fee of about R1700 to the travel agency which my company had to pay. I now had to re-book my return ticket on the same flight I had before for R6500 which I have to pay for out if my own pocket
