SAA broke my guitar and refuse to help

<p>I flew SAA to Hong Kong last week. For a start, my TV screen didn't work for the entire 13 hour flight and no ne could help me. Secondly, my guitar - which was put in the fragile hand luggage hold - is now broken in half. I reported this to SAA's Hong Kong office and was told there was nothing they could do for me. What a pathetic excuse for a national airline. I will now only be flying Ethiopian Airlines on my trips to and from Hong Kong.</p>
