SAA Baggage Excess counter gives **** change

I took my brother to the airport as he was immigrating to Germany, we went to check in and had to purchase a ticket for excess luggage, we were then asked to go to the counter for excess luggage to pay for the ticket. At the counter i was assisted by Aunne Mabizela the price for the excess baggage was R450 for which i paid R600 using R200 notes, receiving change of R150. We then went for a drink said our goodbyes and i was on my way to the gautrain to get back home, i proceeded to then load money on my card using the R100 note i received as change for which the machine would not accept, it was at that stage i noticed the R100 note was ****. I went back to the SAA counter and back to Aunne and explained that they gave me **** money as change. She then stated that i must speak to Vusi Mbatha who issued the change, i waited about 10min before he came, i explained my story to him for which his reply was is that they dont deal with **** money and its not theirs. I asked for them to check the cameras for which they refused at which point i asked to speak to the manager Pinkie Bembe. She too refused to assist and also refused to check the cameras. They treated me like i was the ********.
