SAA BAD SERVICE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This airline is pathetic please done ever use this airline . I had a incorrect spelling on my ticket and as about to check in the ticket sales at Cape town international did not even just change the error she refused to change it she made me purchase a whole new ticket of 4k and i needed to urgently fly that day so basically i spent 8k in 2 hours just to fly to Jozi.The ticket sales lady was so rude as i told her please my ID details and name matches the ticket its just a spelling error.There is no empathy at this,airline . im still waiting on my refund since 9September2024.They give me more attitude when i call asking for my monies.DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE ...PATHETIC...BAD SERVICE.
