SAA bad service and experience filled with lies and lack of accountability

We booked a flight with SAA from Cape Town to OR Tambo through FNB. We checked in and selected from seats. On check in Pearl, the SAA employee, changed our seats saying we getting better seats at the back of the plane. We didn't like that wich resulted us being rudely thrown out of the plane. Mind you it was the last plane at night going for a funeral. We complained to FNB and SAA only to come back with the appalling spit in the face answer saying the seat was changed for better food. I will never fly SAA even any one close to me. With that service of not taking accountability SAA you are grounding yourself. Pearl is your anchor.
