SAA bad service

Hi. I booked a ticket for my aunt and i made a spelling mistake with 1 alphabet. I have emailed 5 days ago and no response. I called and was told that there is nothing they can do. I must take a chance and see if they will allow my aunt on the plane or i must buy another ticket.
