SAA BACK IN BUSINESS WITH THE POOREST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

First trip with SAA since they are back in business and worst experience ever. On flight SA354 that was scheduled to leave CPT at 17h00. Still sitting on the plane docked at CPT at 18h10. No apology or gesture of goodwill to make up for the delay and each time the delay just increases. The engine had technical difficulties that needed to be followed up by the technical team for maintenence. Routine maintenance needs to be done prior to flights taking off not with passengers buckled up waiting to take off! It's a no from me. First and last time flying with SAA - they should rather have liquidated!
