SAA ARE *******

SAA *****s my money !! In Aug 2017 I booked a ticket for my dad from JHB to CT end Dec 2017 to be at my wedding on 28 Dec 2017. In November my dad ended up in hospital with severe/lung heart problems. DRs advised me that he will NEVER be able to fly again, as it will be fatal. I then had to rebook my dad on a train to come to CT as he can never fly again. I forwarded dr note to SAA and I requested refund from SAA and they say NO because their tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE SAA are ******* !
