SAA are doing well these days

Great service with SAA these days. Flown three international flights in the last year, all have been comfortable and hassle free. On this last, SAA offices in New York gave me good and accurate information about transporting my musical instrument on my upcoming flight, and even phoned ahead to the check-in desk to tell them to expect me and take care of my situation, without me asking. My instrument was transported as part of my luggage allowance and was handled delicately - not a scratch on it on arrival. My sincere thanks to the staff at the NY office, and to the crew on the planes I flew.
