SAA ARE A BUNCH OF *******

I phoned SAA to cancel flights to New York in June 2020 and were told that of the R22000 I paid for the tickets, I would only get back R6000... And I can only make 1 free change if my booking was for the time between March and April?? I dont know what the situation will be like in 3 months from now with the Corona Virus and they are just refusing to give me a refund or to change the flight dates now.. SAA ARE A BUNCH OF ******* DONT EVER FLY WITH THEM. Should have listened people who warned me about them before I purchased the tickets!
