SAA appalled

I'm so disgusted by the service I just received. I booked a flight online paid and was given a *** i next thing two minutes later the money reverses back. I called the call center and they told me its in process and will be processed again. 10min go by no deductions on my account so I call again and I got a girl by the name of thando who was rude, she told me that the flight was uncorfimed and I have to rebook. And now the flight is no longer available. SAA this is unacceptable. I'm appalled!
