SAA and booming.com are ******** me!

I cancelled a return flight from CPT to Harare via JNB on the 17th of November. I had booked this flight through booking.com. It has been over 2 months but SAA and booking.com still haven't sent me my refund. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of assistance and service from them. My total trip cost was R8838.84. I called SAA and they told me that they would send the refund to booking.com in 7 to 14 working days but I still haven't received anything from them.. I have been trying to phone SAA and booking.com to resolve this but the phone just rings and when they finally answer they hang up after I state my enquiry. I don't know what to do anymore.
