SAA Airways tickets to Mauritius not refunded

Paid for ticket to Mauritius, got to airport in more than good time but due to being overbooked, we were unable to fly. Now they are not giving us a refund nor arranging an alternative trip. Service from SAA stinks. Staff unprofessional and do not give feedback at all.
