SAA - *Airlink using ridiculous delinquency tactics to intimidate abused customers*

After 7 months of back and forth over my 3 missing suitcases, SAA cites article 19 of Montreal convention as a PROOF that they could not secure delivery of my luggage. As if as a tag holder of my luggage and passenger sitting on a plane, I have any means to establish that they did not do due diligence on handling my luggage. As the last carier in my transportation contract, Airlink should kindly compensate for the case MSUSA27644 or follow up the case with whoever is involved to make sure such compensation is paid.
