SAA Airlink

I boarded SAA 8801 (Airlink) to Polokwane this morning (16th March 2018). I had a laptop bag and an hand luggage. Because I flew economy, the airline insisted that I must check in the hand luggage. On getting to Polokwane, I discovered my bag was left behind in Johannesburg which was really inconveniencing.<br> <br> I was promised that the bag will be on the next flight. I left the airport to attend to some urgent issues. I have been calling the airline since midday and they have not been able to inform me the whereabouts of my bag.<br> <br> I was unable to conclude the business I came to transact here today as a result of the missing baggage. In addition i don't even have a change of clothes for tomorrow.
