SAA Airlines/Bookings.com/Gatogte

Putrid service with SAA airlines/bookings.com and Gatogate. It's a month now and I have not received my ticket refund. I was promised it will take 7-14 working days. The call centre is useless as they keep transfering all over the place. They further gave me the refunds number which just rings continuesly like no one works there. I urge people to think twice before using these service providers. 😡
