SAA acronym for ****mers Alert Airways

I app**** for a refund more than 2 months ago. I was told by the travel agent that it would take 3 weeks to process. 6 weeks after the application I contacted SAA. The latter informed me that it will take 9 weeks or I can contact the travel agent to speed up the process. When I asked why they can't just deal with me since it is my money, I was informed that only the travel agent can speed up the process. It's been more than 9 weeks still no refund.
