SAA - A sorry state of affairs

I submitted an initial complaint to SAA on the 7th of October 2016, this after being erroneously offloaded from the above flight to Washington.
The details of the issue are comprehensively documented in my initial email, attached below.

Reference numbers are ********** 55590 and ********** 55917.

To date, I have had no formal personal response from SAA.
An automated return email dated 12th October 2016 allocated my complaint to Teddy Mpofu.

After the stipulated 10 to 21 working days, having had no response, I contacted your call centre on 8th November 2016.
Mr Mpofu was apparently in a meeting.
I had extensive discussion with Ikram Senena who committed to investigating the case.
Unfortunately no further communication was received.

On the 20th December 2016 I received an automated response from SAA Voyager, citing “high call volumes”.
And today, 7th March 2017, exactly 5 months after the initial complaint, having had no feedback whatsoever, I held on the SAA complaints line for 1 hour and 12 minutes with no response (more high call volumes!!!).

I am absolutely dismayed at the disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour in relation to this matter.
SAA has been given every opportunity to respond.
