SAA

I still think 1 out of 5 stars is to high of a rating... I’ve been flying with SAA from OR Tambo to King Shaka International airport last week and got lovely surprises! I’m working for a medical company and has to travel to Durban a lot. I’ve made use of other airlines and did not have any problem once! This time I made use of SAA and got to Durban with a broken medical equipment suitcase (by the way, these suitcases are tough as hell and CAN NOT get broken) and messed up extra luggage Travelite bag. So I’ve struggled on my way to theater and back and paid a lot of money to get these things repaired! Also sat next to a window and watched those guys putting the “fragile” boxes and etc on the conveyer belt! Why bother paying those extra money and booking it into the fragile department I’ve they’re going to be handled like normal luggage anyway?
