SA expres is very ****ty

Sa expres worse airline I have traveled with. they email you to be at the airport at 10:25 , I have been sitting in Walvis bay airport waiting to depart to Johannesburg. the flight has been rescheduled Four times. I am still sitting here and they say we depart only at 17:50. Now what bothers me is no one communicates anything to you. Some people has cross flights to other country's that they have missed twice already. After I complained to tel them we have been sitting here for 5 hours now only someone comes and says here is R60 voucher. R60 voucher on a R3500 flight? that is a slap in the face, I would like my money back for this flight and forget about ever using sa expres. I really think SAA should just close down there are better airlines to use that has costumer satisfaction and look after their customers. SA expres has no customer value at all!!!!
