SA Airlink, your service sucks

I am a frequent flyer who has to make of Airlink because of the availability of other airlines to my point of destiny. I travel light and bought a bag that is advertised as handluggage, a Cellini bag which was quite pricey but durable. ABout 2 months ago when I left the bus to board the flight I was stopped by an arrogant guy demanding that I have to put my bag on the skycheck. I refused as it is full of valuables and personal stuff. It ended up in a brawl as he tried to prevent me from accessing the flight. Three weeks ago I came to the plane again and the lady asked me to check my baggage in on the sky-check which I did as I saw the flight was very full and I am not near to the front of the line. My bag has a lock and I locked it before leaving it on the sky check. There was one male taking the bags to be loaded. On arrive at my destiny point I found my bad was forced open and some of my personal stuff was ****** which I reported direct to the airports people. The boss-man took me back to the plane and show me their security system and that it is highly impossible to have theft with their system. On arrival back in SA 2 days later I started to look for an Airlink person but all booths were unmanned. With effort I found the office inside the airport and had to knock 4 times before the woman sitting inside opened the access door. As I explained my case she went over into excuse phase and told me I should have removed all my valuables before it should go onto the sky-check. Now, my valuables and the yellow paper she showed me of what needs to be removed is another bag full of stuff . Now I need to bring another bag because it is too much to put on my lap and I only have 1 seat for myself. She took my details and 3 weeks later and after sending a mail to inquire about the progress of their 17 security camera investigation, I still have no response.

My advise to people is do not use SA Airlink their service is less than poor
