Good day. My Name is Sakhumzi Peter, I was the employee 0f Airlink in Cape Town an Airline Company is Operating under Roger Forster who used to work for SAA. I had a case , where the company refused to accept my report and decided to suspend me and after that dismissed or Fire me. I took the case to CCMA where they suggested on the 22- February 2018 to compensate me and with an offer of R3000.00, and I immediately refused that offer since i was earning R7700.00 a month I thought that since they decided to compensate me they should then do the right thing by taking R7700.00 x 12 months of which i was supposed to get R92400.00. excluding bonus and that was what I was hoping to get and they totally refused sayig they could only offer R10.000.00 with a good reference, I agreed to that painfull offer simply because i wanted to get money for my Kids for school.

First - It was agreed that payment should be done on the 07 March 2018, and they never payed that money untill now, saying that it was payed to SARS, of which I haven't received any notification letter from SARS of any tax due for payment.

Secondly- I haven't received my pension units, and I did send all the documents to their HR officer who responded on the 12th of February, stating that all the documents were fully completed and my pension should be in my account with in two to three weeks, and as I am writting this I havent received anything pension whatsoever. Which I send Kariska Brown one of their Senior HR officer, the one that commited the company in paying R10.000.00 at CCMA, and she mentioned that I need to send a bank statement to Alexander Forbes, Which I did and I have never received any response from that administrater acknowledging the reciept of my bank Satatement. Kobus Engelbrecht Her boss ( Kariska Brown), is very much aware of this which he made it cleare that they will not pay me any cash of compensation to me period. I have informed them that if my money is not in my account come Friday I will go to the bank and check then on Monday I will let the world know how they deal with thier employees.

This concern me hence I felt that something like this ought to be reported to HellowPeter.
