SA Airlink - Great customer service

My wife travels with a portable oxygen concentrator and needs wheel chair assistance and far too often when booking agents or call centre operators hear this they lose effort in trying to accommodate her. I cannot recall when last we flew with SA Airlink but had to make a booking Cape Town to Nelspruit. We got a few questions to answer for Airlink from Charity Jacobs and in emails and phone calls she really helped us to get it all approved in a very professional and efficient manner.
