Rude Service Received- Refunds

Waiting for a refund for almost a month now. Aldophina from the refunds department gave me nothing but rude, irritable attitude from a consultant who is supposed to assist. She confused me with another customer and made out as if I am the one in the wrong? She does not give you time to talk and seems very uninterested in her job. Awful customer service.
