RUDE AND DEMEANING ATTITUDE

I think I have calmed a bit now, firstly the flight was delayed and there was no communication. Fine!

I took a flight on Friday 24 November 2017 - Flight SA363 (18:15) Johannesburg to Cape Town. The time we left Jhb it was raining already and I was not warmly dressed so I asked for a blanket and a pillow. Fast forward to landing, I was told I need to return the blanket before we land. I was confused about this as other airlines don't have such, well I have never experienced such. Anyway... I went to pee when we landed and the lady that took the blanket and I laughed about this, she then said I could use the blanket to get outas it was very cold ( not take it home), we agreed on that. Her name was Landi.

So I get to the door and there 3 lady flight attendants there, the one at the door said I should not leave with the blanket, I politely asked Cecile that I give it to a guy who is from the ground staff once I get to the last step. She agreed and allowed the guy to walk me down.

As I approached the few last step and about to give the guy the blanket Cecile was shouting and said "She is *****ing SAA property!". Imagine! the guy and I were so confused, I walked up to the stairs and asked her why she would say that when she had agreed I give back the blanket to the guy escorting me. I'm embarrased and upset at this moment and she is just starring at me. All of a sudden apperared the captain on some "Whatever happened here Cecile I am on your side" now I'm really upset because this grown man did not even ask what happened, so I ask him to not intervene. This man I think his name was Merchile says to me I should get out of his plane and he does not care what happened.

I'm shocked and I cursed a bit and then went back to Cecile, I told her should just apologise and we can get over this because she embarrased me in front of a lot of people, I mean what is a cheap looking blanket?

Our company travels with SAA all the time and such attitude and rudeness is uncalled for. I really expect something to be done about this.
