I bought 2 tickets to Zim and filled in all my credit card details online , It confirmed the tickets, but said go to check inn counter, when i got to the airport Saa tells me the tickets were not paid for and the payment has to be done there immediately or i would miss the flight, they charged me an extra R 500.00 per ticket and when i complained telling them that i did fill in all my details online and it was no fault of mine if the payment did not go through, they attitude was take it or leave it, I was told to fill in a complain form and its over a week and no one has even bothered to call me, no wonder your need us tax payers to keep bailing you guys out! your are a *******!!!
