ridiculously long time on hold

I called the customer service centre<br> After being on hold for 10 mins I was cut off<br> I called back...after 12 mins my call was answered and I was told they will look into my query but put me on hold again for an additional 10 mins<br> After which I cut the call<br> so much for customer service
