Respect other people's time and atleast reimbur*****t for the inconveniences

The boarding gate was changed and not communicated in time and the flight was delayed for plus 45 minutes and all they can say was sorry for the inconveniences. I had to make other plans for transportation which cost me more money I didn't play to plus I had few hours to rest before waking up to go to work.
