Reset pin to get into my profile

I have sent three emails to the email address provided by SAA and waited many times for more than 20 minutes on the call centre. I am a platinum voyager member trying to reset my online pin to access my account. SAA Voyager cannot help me!<br> <br> The email address on the SAA system is out dated and I need SAA to reset my PIN so that I can access my account.
