Request for reimbur*****t for my accommodation and my damaged luggage

1. Myself and my friends booked our return flight ticket to Uganda in December 2017, on our way back, in transit via Nairobi, the flight delayed with about 45minutes. We rushed to the boarding gates, they struggled to print our last boarding pass, eventually they managed to print for my friends and couldn't print mine. They kept on trying, eventually the flight left me. To my surprise, he managed to print my boarding pass for the following day afternoon. That time is already around 18pm. When I asked him about my accommodation for the night, The SAA guy in Nairobi advised me to go to Rwandair as he blamed everything on their delay. When I arrived at Rwandair desk, they also denied that is their responsibility to find me accommodation. I got stuck there, until when I was helped by a stranger who linked me up with the nearby hotel and I paid for my accommodation. By that time, all my luggage is the way to Johannesburg, I don't even have toiletries. When I send my claim to Rwandair, they blame it to SAA, while SAA is also blaming it to Rwandair. I have been sending queries, my problem is not yet solved to date. I had pay also the car that was supposed to collect me at the airport on my arrival ad it came while I was stuck at Nairobi.

2. I traveled with my friends to Port Elizabeth with SAA, on our way back, I discovered that my luggage is damaged, I sent through the complaint and my case was allocated. I haven't heard from them for long time. I tried to send emails and calls, until when one day, after many months, the other lady send an email aordered me to bring the bag within 7 days, I only saw the email after few days and I was in Limpopo on holidays. I then send an email requesting them to give me few days to allow me to return to Gauteng so that I cam bring the bag, they refused and say I forfeit the reimbur*****t. Kindly assist me to resolve these 2 issues that I have with SAA and they reimburse me for the damage caused.
