Rejected after paying over 20000

Recently got married. My wife put her married name on her ticket and they told us they cant help us because her married name is different to her passport name. They were also very rude but I guess we are white people and dont deserve to breathe. They said we must buy a new ticket. We cant afford this and do not know what else to do. Thanks SAA.
