Refund ***

I booked with SAA airlines in December 2025. Unfortunately, I could not fly and had to cancel. I was aawre that will forfiet some of the money. But I was promised a certain portion of the refund. I addition, there is a waiting preriod of 60 days. I waited for that 60 days and now I'm still fighting for my refund! SAA, I'm very disappointed on how you treat your customers. I'm still waiting to recieve the email that confirms my refund and my money!
