Refund received not according to policy on website

<p>According to the Saver class ticket (G, W, L) on SAA's website, it states that our tickets were non-refundable HOWEVER we should receive taxes and fuel charge refunded (I have a screen shot of this). This has been my experience in the past but I was told that it doesnt matter what the webiste says, their policy is not to refund fuel. I believe this to be false advertising. The refund I received excluded the fuel charge. I don't see how an airline can legally charge for fuel for a ticket that has been canceled months in advance. I have not had any luck with the customer service centre as my query to them has gone unanswered. Case Reference Number: ********** 59964. Not a happy customer.</p>
