Refund Nightmare!

I made a booking with them on the 15th of November. I then decided to cancel my trip and request a refund on the 3rd of December 2021. I still have not received my money.

I had first dealt with Luyanda via email and he promised to follow-up for me, but haven't heard from him since despite several attempts to get a follow-up from him. Trying to get hold of anyone at their call centre is a nightmare. I dealt with the most rude agent this morning called Lebo who gave me such attitude when I asked for her name. When she said she couldn't hear me, she dropped the line.

Really, I'm so disappointed with my experience and I really need my money back now.
