Refund for ticket number ETKT

I bought a ticket ETKT with my marital name and the ticketing lady said you can ask the manager to amend it to your ****en name as shown on passport. The manager said I must rebook a ticket and email the online refunds for a refund or rebooking for another time. That was 28 September today 31 October. The manager said it takes 7 to 14 days the call centre said the same thing. I'm still waiting.
