Refund Due over a month: pathetic Service

Such pathetic service with unrealistic expectations. Since the 15th December I have been requesting for a refund for a cancelled flight. I have made more 10 calls to the call center who keeps saying the refund will be done in 7 days. Its over a month now, still nothing. The audacity to lie to a customer and setting expectations. I need my refund, that is all. Had it been that they were honest frm start, I would not have any issues. Booking ***
