Refund

Why if via info from the call center (should you not have your married ID yet), you can use your current ID and original Marriage certificate as identification if a surname is incorrect on the ticket, only for it to be valid in Cape Town Airport, but not Johannesburg?. We had to buy a new ticket and be told rudely that there is no way that it will ever work?.

Do you guys not realize that flight tickets are extremely expensive and, on a budget, when you have been saving.... people cannot just buy another ticket!. I did my research and was told I'm lying....yet in Cape Town it was allowed, as per description?????. There must be a refund ability??!. We had to buy another ticket and are now completely stuck.

The flight back was painless and the staff amazing....why the hassle??.
