REFUND

in December - I travelled from JHB to CT with my family. (7 family members) my 1 year old daughter travelled with us. going to CT your staff had put my daughter under my mothers name instead of mine, when we tried to correct it we were told that there was no problem. we explained that we would not all be returning to JHB at the same time. my mom would be returning on the 20th and I would be returning on the 22nd. We went to the airport to sort out the mistake. I have proof that we were told it was sorted and that my daughter would be travelling on the 22nd! when I got to the airport I had to pay R400 to change my daughters ticket so that she could return to JHB with me!!@ I am totally disgusted - I have the print out from you that states my daughter will be travelling on the 22nd and yet your *********** staff still made me pay to change her ticket!! I now what my money refunded as I can prove that your staff made the mistake and that they told me it was sorted out! your service in CAPT TOWN was disgusting!!
