REFUND
It is with extreme disappointment that I write this mail. SAA for me as a
child and adult has always meant professionalism and customer service, if
you were travelling SAA, you had opted for the best?

I booked a flight 2 months in advance (domestic). However a few weeks later
I learnt I was pregnant and would be 24 weeks at the time the flight was
scheduled. Although it is safe to travel under normal circumstances to
travel before 2 weeks, each case is unique. I will be travelling alone for
the first time and anticipate great anxiousness on my part, which could
lead to escalated blood pressure ( I have had issues in my first pregnancy).

I was initially told by an SAA consultant that I could send in a doctors
letter stipulating my concerns. Upon asking for an email to send the
documentation to, I was asked to hold on and then told a doctors letter
wont suffice, I have to be admitted to hospital in order to waver the
flight. Cancelling the flight would result in NO refund.

I find this extremely distressing. Kindly advice.
