Refund

Good Day

On the 24th of May 2018 I was suppose to catch flight No: SA1355 seat 14A to East London at 16:40 but all your flights were cancelled they said due to safety reasons till I requested for a refund but no response I had to buy an emergency ticket spending more money and I was late for the business I was attending. Till today I have not received my refund .
