REFUND

I have been contacting South African Airways refunds department on the 17/07/2015 for a refund for Ticket no RE NO ***057, I was told to send the request via email of which I did. I have been told that it has been processed. Now it has passed 21 days turn around time for the refund and I m still waiting.<br> <br> Please can I have my refund urgently cause this is not on anymore and I am not going to continue spending my money on calling you guys. I didn't even get a confirmation email or a call that you are processing my request. will be expecting my money back to my account.
