Reconsider the benching of stuff to stop please

South African Airways Technical..... May the management reconsider the system of benching of replacing their stuff fr months of unemployment with the heavy economic expenses there is alot happening in our households our partners are taking their lives while others are attempting suicidal because of the benching and replacement of the stuff.. May it please be reconsidered because we are struggling to keep u each.,we already fought the struggle of unemployment after the whole covid saga but this n and off is taking breaking out families apart... Who's next in line that will take over his or her life. Its too much enough is enough
