Receptionist

I was asked to hand deliver a parcel and when I got to the reception of SA Airlink I got such a terrible reception. the lady at reception refused to take my parcel or call the recipient. This was a week ago.<br> Today I called in to ask to speak to the recipient and the lady at reception again refused to put me through without any particular reason.
