Rebooking of flights

<p>On the 1st of May we were on our way to East London airport for our 06:40 flight SA 460 to Johannesburg O.R Tambo , due to delays on the road we only arrived at 06:20, on our arrival at the airport we were told that we are no longer allowed on the flight due to our late coming and that our tickets was cancelled.
