Really impressed with Airport Counter at OR TAMBO

We booked flights on the special to Abu Dhabi and because the website was so busy it didn't allow us to add an infant to our booking. I called the call centre to add him onto the booking and they said it was impossible because it was a special and so i wouldn't be able to do it. I begged them to figure a way for me to do it and they said it wasn't possible and i must leave my baby and go. SO i drove to the airport and went to the airport desk and although it took them a few attempts, these two ladies were amazing, and made sure they found a way to add our baby onto the booking. I was soo worried that i wouldn't be able to take him along and so was ecstatic that they were able to resolve it even though it costed me more than it would have if the call centre had done it.
