Really???

Ok, so I have funny story... I call SAA Voyager to see if they have flights to Prague. So the ***** asks me how to spell P-R-A-G-U-E four times! Eventually she asks me what country Prague is in so I tell her Czech Republic. Well... according to SAA Voyager the country simply doesn't exist! Is it any wonder that the airline is in the shambolic state its in?
