R285 charge for changing 1 letter

<p>My name is Silindile, when my friend booked my ticket she wrote Slindile. When I tried to correct it I was told I would need to pay R285 to cancel and rebook. This ticket is for the 16th of July and the notice is in advance. I understand you are trying to make money but where is the customer service in this? My ID number and all other details are correct, it's just an I. You should be able to edit details especially if the request is in advance .
