Puppy travel from CT to OR Tambo

Lack of serves with no feedback other than "sorry there is a delay". Other packages have arrived but puppy still not here. Fleight has landed more than 90 min ago. This as an animal who should have had preverence over normal packages. This is a disgrace and shows how much SAA cares about animals. Shame on YOU!!!!!!
